Make sure your return meets all the requirements before processing

Step Details
Return Eligibility Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible unless damaged or defective.
All returns are processed through our Return Portal.
How to Return Initiate your return directly through our Return Portal. The portal will guide you through the return process and generate a Return Authorization.
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method after items are received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Status of your return and refund can be tracked in the Tracking Portal.
Exchanges Exchanges for a different size or color can be requested directly through the Return Portal, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, submit your request within 5 days via the Return Portal to receive a replacement or full refund.
